Prior to the council meeting, a virtual GEF Consultation with Civil Society took place on June 14, 2024 on the theme, “Conversation on GEF initiatives and approaches to Civil Society”. During the session, civil society organizations, the GEF CSO Network, Council members, and partners explored GEF initiatives and approaches to broader civil society engagements currently being implemented.
